Founder
Mike Carver is the principal of Mike Carver Services LLC / Agile Armory — a quality-focused, results-driven cybersecurity professional with over two decades of experience.
Mike is a subject-matter expert in Security Assessment & Authorization, FISMA continuous monitoring, NIST SP 800-37 RMF, and NIST SP 800-53 Rev. 5 control implementation, with deep hands-on experience installing, configuring, and operating enterprise security tooling, conducting automated technical testing, and leading offensive security engagements.
Most recently, Mike contributed cybersecurity expertise to a fellowship focused on training AI systems to assess user intent accurately and responsibly — refining safety policies and evaluating edge cases that balance security constraints with legitimate user needs.
